HT2

SWC High-temp Deep Groove Ball Bearings with the suffix HT2 are filled with a special lubricant.

Bearings lubricated with HT2 are suitable for low speeds and temperatures of up to 280°C.

Depending on the application, these bearings allow maintenance-free operation for up to 5 years.

Addtionally, all HT2 bearings are completely free from PFAS.

All HT2 bearings are available open, with shield on one (ZR) or both sides (2ZR).

All High-temp Deep Groove Ball Bearings offer the following advantages:

1. Increased radial clearance (multiple of C5)
   as compensation for temperature-induced deformations of the production goods
   (rails, transport units)
2. Heat stabilization
   for temperatures of up to 250°C
3. Manganese phosphate coating (according to EN ISO 9717)
   ensures increased protection against corrosion, good adhesion of lubricants
   and smoother running
4. Riveted sheet steel cage
   provides high stability yet low friction
